锅炉水动力计算需要确定炉膛各回路区段的吸热量,需要利用CFD(计算流体动力学)软件计算的结果,而在人工处理数据的情况下,数据查找困难,易出错,重复工作量大,效率不高。通过应用软件方法克服了这方面的问题,处理效率大大提高。

Heat absorption in each section of water wall systems is required in the hydrndynamic calculations of boiler, and the heat fluxes are derived from CFD calculation results. However, manual preparation of data has many disadvantages such as difficulties in data searching, easy to make errors, repeated working load and low efficiency. Therefore, a transition software is developed to solve these issues and its efficiency is greatly improved.
