摘要
介绍了大型风力发电机组轮毂铸件的技术要求,分析了其铸造生产的工艺难点,通过采取合理设计铸件的化学成分、冲天炉-电炉双联熔炼、气动多孔塞脱硫、强化球化处理和孕育处理以及精心设计铸件的浇注系统和补缩系统等技术措施,满足了各项技术要求,实现了该类铸件的大批量生产。
The casting specification of large-scale wind power generation unit wheel hub is introduced and the casting craft difficulties are analyzed. The technical measures are adopted such as reasonable casting chemical composition, furnace cupola-electric stove twin smelting, air-filled desulphurization, process strenthening of the ball and breeds processing as well as carefully designed-casting of the casting system to satisfy each specification and realize mass production of this kind of casting.
