摘要
目的:观察成人房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵术后右心形态和功能的变化。方法:选择27例继发孔型ASD成功进行封堵的患者,分别于术前、术后3 d、1个月、3个月测量左右室舒张末期内径(LVED、RVED)、右房收缩末期内径(RAD)和右心室射血分数(RVEF);脉冲多普勒测量三尖瓣口舒张期早期峰值流速(E峰)、舒张晚期峰值流速(A峰)、三尖瓣口收缩期反流峰值流速(TR)和肺动脉收缩期峰值流速(PFVP)。结果:封堵术后RVED、RAD、RVEF、E峰、A峰、TR和PFVP减小,LVED增大。结论:房间隔缺损封堵术使右心系统的几何构型改善,右心舒缩功能明显增强。
Objective: To study the changes of right ventricular structure and function after transcatheter closure of adult secondary type atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods: Twenty-seven patients with ASD were undergone transcatheter closure successfully. Right ventricular end-diastolic diameter (RVED), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVED), right atrium endsystolic diameter (RAD), right venti'icular eject fraction (RVEF), the doppler transtricuspid filling velocities, tricuspid regurgitation velocities and pulmonary artery filling velocities peak (PFVP) were measured respectively before the operation, 3 days, 1 month and 3 months of post-operation. Results: RVED, RAD, RVEF, TR and PFVP decreased significantly after operation while LVED increased. Conclusions: Right ventricular geometry structure were improved. The systolic and diastolic function of right ventricular strengthened after operations.
