股骨颈疝窝的CR诊断

CR diagnosis of herniation pit of the femoral neck

目的:探讨股骨颈疝窝的X线CR表现。方法:选择7例具有典型股骨颈疝窝X线征象者,均行双侧股骨颈CR平片检查。结果:7例患者共发现9个圆形或卵圆形病灶,最大直径≤13 mm,CR影像表现为低密度透亮区,伴有薄层硬化缘。病灶均位于股骨颈前外侧皮质下及股骨头基底部。结论:位于股骨颈前外侧皮质下及股骨头基底部的类圆形、边缘清楚伴有硬化缘的低密度灶,是诊断股骨颈疝窝的特异性征象。

Objective： To analyze X-ray computer radiographic（CR） signs of herniation pit of the femoral neck. Methods： Seven cases with typical X-ray signs of herniation pit of the femoral neck were examined with Japanese Konica CR unit bilaterally. Results： Nine herniation pits of the femoral neck were found in 7 cases. It appear as rounded or oval shaped low density lesions with thin sclerosed margin and maximal diameter ≤13 mm. The lesions located subeortically at the anterior lateral site of femoral neck or oeeured at the base of femoral neck. Conclusion： The rounded Subeortical lesions with seclorotic margin at the anterior lateral site of femoral neck or at the base of femoral neck are the characteristic signs in diagnosing the herniation pits of the femoral neck.
