摘要 针对火电厂锅炉水质调节过程的不确定、大时滞、时变性、非线性的特点,依据控制系统的误差变化和系统动态响应状态之间的关系,定义被控过程的状态性能指标,提出一种能很好地实现系统鲁棒稳定性和鲁棒性能调和的IMC-PID控制器参数自适应调整的控制策略。仿真结果表明,该方法简单有效、方便可行,具有良好的鲁棒稳定性和动态特性,实际应用取得了良好的控制效果。 Aiming at the uncertain nonlinear and time-varying delay characteristic of the boiler-water quality adjusting process in power plant, a performance index of controlled process state based on the relation between error change status and dynamic response estate of controlled system was defined. According to the performance index, a robust adaptive IMC-PID control algorithm which can actualize the congruity between robust stability and robust performance preferably was put forward. The simulation shows that the algorithm has favorable robust stability and dynamic characteristic, and it is simple, effectual, convenient and feasible. A good controlling quality has been obtained in application to the boiler-water quality adjusting in power plant.
