摘要 广泛应用的传统电动机-发电机组结构的交流电动机负载性能及调速试验方法是一种纯能耗过程的试验运行方式,本文介绍了一种应用DSP控制实现的电动机-电动机组结构的全数字节能交流变频调速试验系统。系统控制同轴电动机组差频运行,实现了基于电动机组再生功率回馈的几乎无负载功耗特点的电动机负载性能及调速试验。并结合空间矢量PWM技术,实现了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP的变频调速实验系统全数字控制。 The AC motor load performance and speed timing experiments of traditional M-G unit, which is used widely,is under energy consumption condition. This passage introduced a kind of total digital control energy-saving variable frequency speed regulation experiment system. The system used DSP as the controller of M-M, controlled the coaxial motor unit running under difference frequency. It realized AC motor load performance and speed timing test with almost no-load power consumption characteristic based on motor unit power regeneration feedback. Also, we combined it with space vector PWM technology,implemented the total digital control of variable frequency speed regulation experiment system based on TMS320LF2407A DSP.
