摘要
双向拉伸成型造成横向非均匀拉伸,进而导致聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜横向厚度、微孔结构上的差异。应力应变测试表明,在较低的温度下可拉伸出原纤,但PTFE原纤的伸长则强烈依赖温度。横向拉伸温度和速率均影响薄膜均匀性,温度越高,厚度越薄,孔径越大。高速拉伸使薄膜横向方向上厚度和微孔结构趋于一致。
Stretching operation is a nonuniform stretching process, which results in thickness and structure unevenness of micro-porous PTFE membrane in transverse direction. The results show that the fibrils Of PTFE membrane is formed under lower temperature, and its elongation depends on temperature strongly. The transversely stretching temperature and rate have effect on the uniformity of PTFE membrane. The thickness drops and pore diameter of PTFE membrane increases with the increase of stretching temperature. The thickness and structure of PTFE membrane in transverse direction trend to uniformity in condition of high rate stretching.
