抗战时期青海蒙藏牧区畜疫防治述论

Discussion the Qinghai's Menggu and Tibetan Pasturing Areas Epidemic Preventing during the Period Anti-Janpanese War

民国时期,青海蒙藏牧区畜疫跌起,畜牧业生产遭到惨重破坏。抗战时期,西北开发达到高潮,畜牧业作为青海在内西北地区传统优势产业尤为受到国民政府的重视,对其进行了一系列投资。为了防治青海牧区流行畜疫,保护畜牧业经济健康发展,国民党中央政府和青海地方政府设立防疫机构,制造血清、疫苗和培养兽医人才等。这些举措使青海畜疫防治步入了近代化历程,增强了抗战时期国家经济实力,但由于战时诸多不利因素致使畜疫防治工作受到严重影响。

The period of Minkuo, all kinds of epidemic appeared continually in Qinghai and Menggu＇s Tibetan pasturing areas, this resulted in great damage for animal husbandry.during the Anti-Janpanese War,north-west development came to climax,animal husbandry was regarded as Qinghai＇s traditional prioritious industry and Kuomin government thought it very importantly, and thus invested some money for deveioping it.In order to prevent epidemic and protect animal husbandry steady developing,The Guomindang central government and Qinghai local goveynment established the organ of epidemic preventing, and produced blood serumm,bacterin and trained farriers which prevented the epidemic of animal.These measures made qinghai epidemic preventing step into the process of modernization,and strengthen country＇s economy force of the Anti-Janpanese war,but the epidemic preventing actions were affected by many disadvantageous factors.
