摘要
采用温室试验方法,将25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂于培养料接菌前拌药;气相色谱带有ECD检测器,色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),柱程序升温,测定嘧菌酯在平菇和培养料中残留量;同时研究了嘧菌酯在平菇培养料中残留动态。试验结果表明:嘧菌酯在平菇中消失较快,最终残留量均低于最低检出质量分数0.5×10-4mg/kg。
A greenhouse experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics of the azoxystrobin 25% suspen- sion concentrate in pleurotus ostreatus and substrates by GC with HP-5 column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm). The column was temperature-programmed and azoxystrobin residue in pleurotus ostreatus and cultivation was determined. The results study showed that azoxystrobin disappeared fastly from both pleurotus ostreatus and substrates. Its half- lives in substrates was 12.22 d, The final residues of the in pleurotus ostreatus were below 0.5 × 10^4 mg/kg.
