汶川大地震部分皮肤病患者诊治体会

Experience of treatment dermatosis in Shuimo town in WenChuan earthquake

目的:总结汶川大地震水磨镇受灾人群皮肤病的发病特点及治疗经验。方法:通过门诊及巡诊对部分受灾人群进行皮肤调查,根据发病特点配制专科外用药"水磨Ⅰ号"、"水磨Ⅱ号"予以治疗。回访总结发病规律并对治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:1697名患者给予自制外用药物治疗,3 d后显效1153例(67.94%),6 d后显效1215例(71.60%)。结论:地震后特殊环境下受灾人群皮肤病发病率明显增高,自制外用药物治疗常见皮肤病效果显著。

Objective： To summarize the characteristics of dermatosis and drug treatment experiences in Shuimo town after WenChuan earthquake.Methods： 1 697 patients in Shuimo town were diagnosed and treated.Two kinds of special medicine ＂Shuimo No.1＂ and ＂Shuimo No.2＂ were prepared and investigated.The results and laws were analyzed.Results： The remarkable efficiency rate was 67.94% after 3 days and 71.60% after 6 days.Conclusion： The incidences of dermatosis significantly increased in the special circumstances after WenChuan earthquake.The special medicine ＂Shuimo No.1＂ and ＂Shuimo No.2＂ have significantly effect on the treatment of dermatosis in earthquake.
