摘要
目的:了解军队医院聘用医生现状,找出问题并提出对策。方法:通过座谈和问卷调查对某军区4所军队医院聘用医生的现状进行调研。结果:聘用医生学历偏低、待遇较差、管理层重视程度不够、缺乏科学规范的管理机制。结论:管理层转变观念、签订合法劳动合同、提高聘用医生待遇、注重培养、规范管理是解决聘用医生队伍存在问题的主要对策。
Objective: To learn the situation of employed doctors in military hospital,in order to find out problems and put forward measures.Methods: Investigate the situation and main problems of the employed doctors in four military hospitals from a certain military region by the way of conversazione and questionnaire.Results: The educational background of employed doctors were low,the treatment were poor,the management layer paid less attention to them and the standard administration mechanism was absent.Conclusion: Changing ideas,signing legal labor contract,increasing treatment,paying more attention to training and establishing standard administration mechanism are main measures to solve the problems at present.
