采用带台阶的专用芯棒锻造缸体,成功解决了缸体锻件的收孔难问题,且有效防止内孔偏心,使锻件内孔尺寸精确,符合工艺要求。
By adopting a special cord rod with sidesteps to forge cylinder has successfully solved the hard problem in battering to the forging pieces of cylinder, meanwhile, it has effectively prevent the eccentricity of the inside hole, thus making the dimension of inside hold accurate and meeting the technology requirements.
