One novel method is given in this paper, which introduced the testing of the leakage current of a Sample -and- hold circuits. In this method an extra- weak leakage current can be measured by the use of a common and simple instruments. The characteristics of this testing method are it＇s Simple, convenience, accuracy and low cost.
