摘要
为确定箬叶的适宜采摘期和有效开发利用箬叶资源,分别测定阔叶箬竹叶、箬竹叶、柔毛箬竹叶冬季和夏季、不同生长土壤环境下的糖类、蛋白质、总黄酮、总内酯和金属元素含量。结果发现,这些成分的含量与季节、土壤环境和植株生长状况及种等因素有关;总糖、水溶性糖、蛋白质、总黄酮和总内酯含量冬季高于夏季;土壤肥沃、植株生长状况良好,则总糖、水溶性糖、蛋白质、总黄酮和总内酯含量高;3个种中,总糖、水溶性糖、总黄酮和总内酯含量以箬竹叶最高,阔叶箬竹叶和柔毛箬竹叶相差不大,而蛋白质和多糖含量,三者相差不大;箬叶中含有较丰富的金属元素K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe,尤其Ca、Mg含量较高。
In order to decide picking period of leaves of indocalamus as well as reasonably utilize them, the contents of glucide, proteit, total flavonoids, total lactones and metal elements in leaves of Indocalamus latifolius, Indocalamus tessellates and Indocalamus guangdongensis var.mollis that were picked in winter and summer from different soil were determined. The results showed that the contents of these components varied with season, soil and species; total sugar, water-soluble sugar, poteit, total flavonoids and total lactones of the samples from winter were richer than that of the samples from summer as well as that of the samples from rich soil than that of the samples from poor soil; total sugar, water-soluble sugar, total flavonoids and total lactones of Indocalamus tessellates leaves were the richest in the three species; the contents of K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe were plentiful in leaves of indocalamus, especially Ca and Mg.
