大孔树脂纯化花椰菜芥子碱的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究7种树脂对花椰菜芥子碱的静态吸附性能,筛选出一种吸附较好的树脂,并利用柱层析进行花椰菜芥子碱的纯化研究。结果表明:DK-16树脂对花椰菜芥子碱吸附量最大,解吸效果最好;DK-16树脂在吸附液25℃,pH为7,吸附流度为8.57VB/h时吸附较强;用90%乙醇洗脱效果最好,解吸液最佳的浓度是90%,解吸率达到85.088%。大孔树脂吸附饱和点:550mL左右。 Seven kinds of resin absorption performance had been investigated in isolation and purification sinap- ine from cauliflower, then the DK-16 was selected to purifying of the sinapine. The result shows: DK-16 has the best resin absorption among these 8 resin; the effect was regard as good when the liquid was 25 ℃, 7 for pH and 8.57 VB/h for fluidity; as the elution solvent was 90 % C2H5OH, the best absorption was 90 %, the recovery rate was 85.088 %. The absorption saturate point of macroporous resin was about 550 mL.
