苦荞种子黄酮类化合物清除DPPH自由基的作用 被引量:35

摘要 进一步开发利用苦荞麦资源,研究苦荞种子黄酮提取物的抗氧化性。以70%乙醇为溶剂提取苦荞种子黄酮化合物;并以抗坏血酸(VC)和VE为对照品,采用DPPH法研究苦荞种子黄酮提取物对自由基的清除作用。结果表明:苦荞种子黄酮提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,在其浓度为66.185mg/L时其清除率可达88%,显著高于相同浓度下的VC和VE的清除率。认为苦荞种子黄酮提取物是一种有前途的天然抗氧化剂。 Aiming at the further exploration of tartary buckwheat resource, a study the antioxidant action of the breeds of tartary buckwheat flavonoids. The activity component was extracted with 70 % ethanol. Using the assay system of DPPH, the antioxidant activities of the breeds of tartary buckwheat flavonoids were studied and compared with those of VE and assorbic acid. Results showed that the extracts of the breeds of tartary buckwheat flavonoids could inhibit lipid peroxidation and scavenge active oxygen free radicals. The elimination of the densty of the breeds of tartary buckwheat flavonoids ( 66.185 mg/L) was attained by 88 % and remarkable exceeded the same densty VE and assorbic acid. The breeds of tartary buckwheat flavonoids extracts showed strongest inhibitory effect on the antioxidation of superoxidized anionic and lipid peroxidantion.
