COMPARISON OF THE NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITIONS IN THE RUSSIAN-OLIVE FROM XINJIANG DIFFERENT AREA

摘要 沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifoliaL.)作为一种可再生的自然资源,人们对其的认识还不够充分。通过对新疆来自不同地区的沙枣中水分、蛋白质、脂肪、还原糖、蔗糖、淀粉、粗纤维、总酸、总黄酮、维生素和矿物成分等的测定,分析比较他们的营养成分差异。 As a kind of renewable natural resources, the Russian-olive (Elaeagnus angustifolia L.) is not to be processed and utilized well, and wasted much . The chief reason is that people don't realize the importance of the Russian-olive resources adequately. The content of moisture, protein, fat, sucrose, starch, crude fiber, total acid, bioflavonoids, vitamins and mineral in the Russian-olive were determined in this paper which came from different areas of Xinjiang. The differences of nutritional compositions of the Russian-olive from different areas were compared.
