摘要
本文阐述了数控系统的发展概况,针对开放式数控系统,列举了目前已经出现的几种模式。并通过实例对基于PC+PMAC的开放式数控系统模式进行了进一步的分析研究,介绍了PMAC运动控制器的性能,对实例应用---慢走丝线切割机床开放式数控系统的硬件结构和软件设计进行了分析,为同类应用研究提供了有效的途径。
This paper introduces a NC open system which is composed of PC and the PMAC motion controller. The development of a low speed wire-cutting electrical discharge machine（LSWEDM） with an open structure is also introduced. The hardware and software of the sysytem are outlined.
