摘要
传统TOD模式提供了一条土地与交通协调发展的有效途径,我国很多大城市结合自身情况在规划中引进TOD理念,取得了成功的实践经验。对于正在蓬勃发展的小城市,应当建立常规公交引导的TOD模式,作为可持续发展的重要手段。
Conventional TOD mode offers an effective approach by which transportation and land useget harmonious development. In China, combining respective circumstance, a lot of metropolis apply TOD principle into planning and get successful practical experience. For small cities with vigorous development,TOD mode guided by conventional public transit should be established as an important means for sustainable development.
