摘要
本文从"放松管制"的理论出发,指出图书馆应当取消不合理的经济管制,设计好新的服务规范,不仅可以解决读者和馆员之间的矛盾,营造"以人为本"的服务氛围,而且有利于提高图书馆的服务质量。
Starting from the theory of deregulation, the paper points out that libraries must call off the unreasonable economic regulation and design new service specifications. This not only can resolve some problems between readers and librarians, creating the "people oriented" atmosphere, but also can be helpful to improve the level of library services.
