将麦肯锡7S管理模型引入图书馆领导艺术领域,分别从战略、结构、系统、风格、员工、技能以及共同的价值观七个方面进行分析,目的是提升图书馆领导者领导水平,有助于图书馆事业的发展。
The Thesis introduces Mckinsey 7S model to the field of leadership skill in libraries, which makes it clearly that the leadership skill in libraries should be improved from seven aspects mentioned in the model including strategy, structure, system, style, staff, skill, and shared value.
