摘要
本文研究了康家湾含砷金硫精矿的沸腾焙烧过程,考察了焙烧温度(℃)、加料速度(kg/h)和鼓风量(SC;m^3/h)对脱硫率、脱砷率及焙砂浸金率的影响,焙烧结果表明:约90%的砷以粗白砒形式被收集下来,含SO_2浓度6%以下的净化尾气可用于制酸,工艺是可行的.
In this paper, the fluosolid roasting process for gold-bearing arsenical pyrite concentrate of Kang-Jia-Wan Mine has been studied. The effects of (continued on next page) the roasting temperature (℃), the feed rate(kg/h), and the amount of air blast (SC: m8/h)on the efficiency of desulphurization, dearsenification and gold leaching rate are investigated. The roasting result shows that about 90% arsenic is collected in the form of raw white-arsenic,and the purified tail gas containing over 6% of SO2 can be used for producing sulphuric acid. This technology is applicable.
