摘要
本文观察颅脑损伤后血浆、脑脊液(CSF)、不同脑区内皮素(ET)含量的变化,临床与实验结果均表明颅脑损伤后早期ET含量明显升高,而且与伤情的轻重密切相关;分析了ET变化的特点,对其原因及病理意义进行了讨论。提示ET浓度的监测可作为判定伤情轻重的一项指标。
The changes of ET concentration in plasma, CSF, and differently brain tissues aftercraniocerebral injury were observed. The clinical and esperimental results showed that ET concentration increasedremarkably in early stage after craniocerebral injury, and changes correlated to severity of brain injury. Thecharacteristics, causes and the pathological significance of ET changes were analyses. The results suggest that ET may takepart in the Physiopathologic course of secondary brain damage after craniocerebral injury and the determination of ETconcetration in plasma and CSF may be useful to analyse craniocerebral injury severity.
