摘要
着重阐述了读者权利的法律特征,对读者权利的法理内涵进行了一定程度的探讨,为"读者第一"过渡到"读者权利"提供法律分析。
This article has elaborated emphatically legal characteristics of readers＇ rights, and has carried on the certain extent discussion about the question of legal principle theory of law connotation of readers＇ rights, and has provided the legal analysis for ＂readers first＂ transits ＂readers＇ rights＂.
