摘要
本文采用浸涂后烘干的方法在非晶合金带材的表面形成绝缘涂层,研究了涂层前后非晶合金带材的表面形貌、结构和非晶合金铁芯的磁性能。实验结果表明,涂层后非晶合金带材表面形成了一层厚度均匀的绝缘涂层,绝缘涂层的存在显著降低了非晶合金铁芯在高频下的损耗,涂层后的非晶合金铁芯在1kHz、1T下的损耗比涂层前铁芯的损耗降低了23.2%,而在10kHz、1T下的损耗比涂层前铁芯的损耗降低了35.5%。
Amorphous ribbons were dipped into a solution to form insulating coating. The surface morphology, structure of the amorphous ribbons before and after coating were examined, and magnetic properties of cores made of these ribbons were investigated. The results show that a layer of eoating with uniform thickness ean be formed on the surface of the ribbon. The eoatings play significant roles in decreasing the core loss. After coating, the core loss of the amorphous cores are decreased by 23.2% and 35.4% at 1kHz,1T and 10kHz, 1T, respectively.
