摘要
战略人力资源管理对组织发展和组织的优势竞争力培养都具有重要作用。地方高校要实现战略发展目标和建立竞争优势,有必要建立科学的战略人力资源管理模式。战略人力资源管理模式构建的实质就是使人力资源管理战略与地方高校的组织发展战略相统一,具有为保障学校战略发展的人力资源体系,科学的人力资源培训开发系统,有效的激励政策引导人才最大限度为实现学校的战略目标作出最大的贡献。
The strategic management of human resources plays a vital role in developing a super competitive power. In order to realize the strategic development target and to form the strong competitive power, it is very necessary to establish a scientific management model for strategic human resources. The nature of the scientific management model for strategic human resources is to make the strategy of human resource management and the strategy of the local university in harmony. The human resources system, the scientific training system for human resources and the effective inspirit policy will inspire the high qualitative employees to make their greatest contributions to realizing the strategic target for the local universities.
