摘要
介绍了基于UGNX4.0的钢球周转箱注射模设计的基本过程,说明了该注射模的型腔结构、斜弯销侧向抽芯机构的设计要点,并叙述了模具典型零件推杆固定板上孔的数控加工仿真及其数控代码的自动生成。
This paper mainly introduced the basic process of the design of the plastic injection mold for the steel ball turnover box based on UG NX 4.0. It will also clearly show the key points of the design of the cavity structure and the drawing service with inclined bended pins, as well as describe the NC machining simulation of the holes on the fixed board of the mold pushing bar and the automatic generation of the NC code.
