摘要
根据日立齿轮室盖的结构与尺寸的特点,进行材料性能、压铸工艺等分析,基于UG软件设计了压铸模。零件采用平面和台阶面相结合,平面与曲面相结合,设计出模具成型零件,以求达到最好的零件品质。
According to Hitachi gear room covered the structure and size of features,analyzed the performance materials, diecasting process, designed diecasting die based on UG software. Parts used plane and step plane combination, plane and camber combination, designed die part, in order to acbieve the best quality.
