大肠杆菌抗酸机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 细菌的抗酸能力对细菌生存于酸性胁迫环境起到重要的保护作用。大肠杆菌具有很强的抗酸能力,这主要是由于其具有多种抗酸系统的保护。目前研究表明大肠杆菌具有葡萄糖代谢产物抑制的抗酸系统、氨基酸依赖的抗酸系统和伴侣蛋白发挥抗酸作用的抗酸系统。对大肠杆菌的这些抗酸系统的研究进行综述。
