In the new period, there are many particular traits in peasants＇learning. To counter these traits, the favorable atmosphere should be created to motivate peasants＇learning motivation, and cooperative, independent and creative learning mechanism should be constituted to promote the active learning of peasants, and to provide talented human resources to the construction of socialist new village.
