甲醇/乙醇均相体系酯交换制备生物柴油的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决酯交换反应中甲醇与植物油呈两相不互溶的问题,研究了在甲醇/乙醇均相体系中,植物油在NaOH催化剂条件下通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺。结果表明,添加乙醇能有效提高反应速率。通过Box-Benhnken试验,得到最佳工艺条件:反应温度为48.2℃、催化剂用量为植物油质量的0.59%、反应时间为25.4min。在此工艺条件下,生物柴油转酯化率为99.3%,产品的主要性能指标符合我国生物柴油标准(GB/T20828-2007)。 Transesterification of vegetable oil was carried out with mixtures of methanol/ethanol and with NaOH as the catalyst.The results indicate that mixture of alcohol increases the rate of transeserification reaction.Through the single factor experiments and the Box-Benhnken designed experiment, the optimum conditions of preparation of Biodidesl are:the reaction temperature is 48.2 ℃ , the catalyst amount is 0.59%, and the reaction time is 25.4 min.Under this conditions, the conversion rate of Biodiesel can reach 99.3%.The characteristics of the product are in accord with GB/ T 20828-2007.
