摘要
以BIO-15型生物质成型机为例,借鉴单螺杆成型机的固体塞输送理论——Darnell-Mol模型,对成型机进料段、压缩段所受压力进行分析,分别采用线性、指数函数,通过求解功率平衡方程,得出螺槽、前向螺纹面和背向螺纹面的压力分布规律,经功率检验,计算结果基本与实际相符。
With BIO-15 type briquetting machine as example, the stress on the screw shaft surface is calculated base on the single-screw extrusion theory--Dannel-Mol Model, analysis has been carried out on the stresses at the feedstock convey section and the compressing section, a linear function and an exponential function were used, through solving the power balance equation, the stress distribution characteristic of the screw slot, the forward screw surface and backward screw surface were obtained, after verifying through the power measurement, the calculation results are approximately in accordance with the measured values.The maximum extrude pressure is 15.8 MPa.
