摘要
废热锅炉是化工生产中一种重要的高温高压设备,其安全管理存在一些难度。针对某厂废热锅炉发生裂纹事故,通过有限元分析法对裂纹附近进行事故分析,发现该事故原因属于设计缺陷。根据事故分析得出几点设计方面和日常管理方面的要求和建议。为防止此类事故再次发生,应在废热锅炉设计中着重考虑选材、保温以及应力方面的问题,还需在日常管理中注意温控,做好对保温材料的维护和检查,定期检修和维修,发现问题及时处理,防患于未然。
Waste heat boiler is a important high temperature and high pressure equipment in chemical production,which exist some difficulty in the safety management. A factry's waste heat boiler appeared a cracking accident. We found the reason of the accident is design defect through the finite element analysis method. We get some requirements and advices about the design and daily management according the accident analysis. It should be emphatically considered at material selection, heat preservation and stress when design waste heat boiler then avoid the similar accident happen. We must be advert to the temperature control'in the daily management, the maintenanee and inspection of thermal insulation material, overhaul and maintain termly,find the problem and solve it, nip in the bud.
