摘要
多温区冷藏车的研究和发展尚处于起步阶段,仍有许多方面值得我们去研究和探讨。随着数值模拟技术在制冷方面应用的不断成熟,可以借助计算机来对新型的多温区冷藏车进行数值分析及系统优化。本文对多温区冷藏车厢的温度场、速度场进行了数值计算,并数值模拟了出风口风速及厢内的堆货形式对流场的影响,从而对出风风速、堆货方式进行分析及优化设计。
The research and development of multi - temperature refrigerated truck is just at the beginning phase, and many aspects need to be researched and discussed. With the growing up of the application of numerical simulation in the field of refrigeration, mathematics methods can be used to analyze and optimize the new style multi - temperature refrigerated truck with the development of computer science. In this paper, the air temperature and velocity distribution inside the refrigerated space of the truck were numerically calculated and the influence of the outlet air velocity of the evaporating coil and the different goods pilings on temperature and velocity distribution were simulated with the numerical method. Based on the simulation results, some analyzing and optimizing suggestions to the coil outlet air velocity and goods pilings of multi -temperature refrigerated trucks were proposed.
