儿童过敏性紫癜VCAM-1和VEGF血浆含量及相关性

Serum Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Anaphylactoid Purpura and Their Correlation

【目的】探讨血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在儿童过敏性紫癜(AP)血浆中的含量变化及其相关性,并揭示其部分发病机制。【方法】将已确诊的急性期紫癜性肾炎(APN)组和无肾损害的AP组各24例,并选择健康儿童24名为正常对照组,引入ELISA法,分别检测三组血浆VCAM-1和VEGF的含量,并进行比较及相关性分析。【结果】APN组血浆VCAM-1含量均高于AP组和对照组,AP组亦高于对照组(q分别是442.130、939.801和497.288,P均<0.01)。APN组血浆VEGF含量均高于AP组和对照组,AP组亦高于对照组(q分别是88.847、189.652和100.805,P均<0.01)。三组VCAM-1和VEGF相关性分析,均r>0,P<0.01。【结论】儿童AP急性期血浆VCAM-1和VEGF含量均增高,APN更高;无论在正常情况下,还是AP或APN,血浆VCAM-1和VEGF含量均呈密切正相关。

[Objective]To discuss the changes of serum vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（VCAM-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in children anaphylactoid purpura（AP） and their correlation.[Methods]The changes of serum VCAM-1 and VEGF in 24 diagnosed AP children without impairment（AP group）,24 diagnosed anaphylactoid purpura nephritis children（APN group） and 24 normal children（control group） were examined in acute period by ELISA and compared,and their correlation was analyzed.[Results]Serum level of VCAM-1 in APN group was significantly higher than that in AP group and control group.Serum level of VCAM-1 in AP group was significantly higher than that in control group（q was 442.13,939.801 and 497.288,P〈0.01 for all）,and 95% confident interval did not include 1.Serum level of VEGF in APN group was significantly higher than that in AP group and control group.Serum level of VEGF in AP group was significantly higher than that in control group（q was 88.847,189.652 and 100.805,P〈0.01 for all）,and 95% confident interval did not include 1.The analysis on the correlation between VCAM-1 and VEGF showed linear trend in all groups,which r was 0.979,0.943 and 0.873 respectively and P was 0.000〈0.01 for all,and the difference had statistical significance.[Conclusion] Serum levels of VCAM-1 and VEGF in APN and AP all increase,and the former is higher than the latter.The correlation analysis between VCAM-1 and VEGF in normal control group,AP group and APN group all shows closely positive correlation.
