浮选药剂对细菌生长及浸出含砷金精矿的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用从毒砂矿酸性水小分离到的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillusferroxidans)8~#菌株,考察了乙基黄药、丁基黄药、异丁基黄药、丁基铵黑药、2号油等常用浮选药剂对该菌株生长的影响,初步查明了湖南龙山含砷金锑精矿直接细菌脱砷效果差的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施. A strain of thiobacillus ferroxidans No.8 was isolated from acidic mine water of an arsenopyrite deposit,South China. The influence of the common used flotation agents, such as ethyl xanthate, butyl xanthate, isobutyl xanthate, butyl ammonium aerofloat and frother No. 2 oil on the growth of this strain was studied.It has been found from the experimental results that the growth of bacteria was inhibited by these agents.The order of toxic effect of different flotation agents on the growth of thiobacillus ferroxidans is ethyl xanthate>butyl ammonium aerofloat>butyl xanthate≈isobutyl xanthate≈frother No. 2 oil. The bioleaching treatment of arsenic and antimony-bearing gold concentrate in Longshan mine, Hunan province, China was influenced considerably by the presence of flotation agents. The possible causes of the influence of flotation agents were discussed and an improving method was suggested.
