摘要
太仓港自从1992年初开发建设以来,得到了国家、省、市的高度重视和全力支持,国家从宏观层面上把太仓港定位为上海国际航运中心北翼集装箱干线港。江苏省要求把太仓港建成集装箱干线港、江苏第一外贸大港。尽管太仓港面临着良好的发展时机,但其面对的竞争和挑战也是非常巨大的。太仓港目前与长江下游的张家港港、泰州港、常熟港、江阴港、常熟港在经济腹地、地理位置、自然条件等方面各有优势和劣势,各港之间也为自己的竞争地位做出不懈的努力。为此,文章通过模糊分析法比较太仓港与长江下游几大港口之间的现状,来探讨提升太仓港口竞争力的策略。
Since the construction and development of Taicang port on early of 1992, it was given great attention and full support by the national, provincial and municipal government. The country takes the Taicang port as the container transportation port of the Shanghai international sailing center from the macroscopic view. Jiangsu porvince wants to develop Taicang port as the container transportation port and the primary foreign port of Jiangsu. Now Taicang port faces the great development opportunity, but the face of competition and challenges are still very great. Taicang port has advantages and disadvantages on economic hinterland, geographical location, and natural conditions with the other port like Zhangjiagang port, Taizhou port, Changshu port and Jiangyin port. And each port makes unremitting efforts for improving its competitive position. Therefore, this paper discusses the competitiveness of Taicang port's strategy by comparing the Taicang port and other ports in the lower reaches of Yanzi River through fuzzy mathematics assessment.
