摘要
企业供应链分销模式对企业生产经营水平有着非常重要的影响,如何通过对分销模式的转换与创新来提高企业的经营水平,是一个很重要的方面。文章通过对BE公司分销模式的分析,提出分销模式流程再造的方法,并对新流程在成本、交货、管理和服务能力及灵活性四个方面进行质性和量性分析的基础上,指出了分销模式流程再造的可行性。
Supply chain distribution mode has great affection to business operation and service level. It is an important part to a company to continusly optimize distribution and create a mew distribution mode. BE is an american company focus on research, development and production of hearing aid components and acoustics components. The current distribution mode is to send the products form two factories to distribution center, then distribution center will combine and deliver to customer. With more and more market competition on cost, delivery and flexibility, the current process shows its lagging to overall customer satisfaction. This article is initiated to find out possible ways to improve the distribution mode, and analyze the feasibility from aspect of cost, delivery, management and service capability. The new mode will also has impact on master production schedule is regarded as a plus to the process.
