摘要
采矿权登记信息是矿产资源开发多目标遥感调查与监测过程中识别矿业开发秩序的重要数据源之一,但现阶段我国采矿权登记信息多基于Excel表、Access数据库的形式存储,无法与矢量地理数据或遥感影像进行叠加分析。在GIS软件未提供针对采矿权信息图形处理功能的情况下,将采矿权登记信息转化为矢量图形较困难。该文构建了一种快速、准确的采矿权登记信息矢量化技术流程,在ArcGIS内嵌的Visual Basic Application基础上,结合Microsoft数据访问接口ADO技术,完成了采矿权登记信息数据库的自动矢量化,扩展了ArcGIS功能。该研究为我国矿产资源开发多目标遥感调查与监测提供了强有力的技术支持,其成果可在相关的基础地理信息矢量化处理中推广应用。
Mining right registration information is an important source in the process of multi--objective remote sensing survey and monitor of mineral resource development. But at this stage, China's mining right registration information is storaged in Excel or Access and it can not be superimposed and analyzed with vector data or remote sensing images. In the condition that GIS software did not provide the graphic processing function for the mining right registration information, it will be more difficult to convert it into vector graphics. In this paper, a high speed, high accuracy technology process for the mining right registration database was built. Through Visual Basic Application embedded in ArcGIS, combining with Microsoft Data Access Interface ADO technology, the automatic vectorization work of mining right database was completed, it provided the powerful data support for the multi--objective information interpretation of the mine monitoring, and it also can be applied in the relevant vector processing of geographic information.
