摘要
为应对当前水资源供需矛盾问题,高效的运用水库水资源,实现多蓄水多发电的目的尤显重要。水库的汛限水位直接关系到水库发电效益与水库防洪安全两个方面。汛限水位越低,预留的水库调洪库容越大,对水库防洪较为有利,但是从其发电效益角度讲就会造成浪费。从星星哨水库存在问题、现状供水与灌区需水情况入手,在前人的研究基础上[1],从其他角度来补充论证,提出了抬高汛限水位、增加水库供水能力的必要性,并分析讨论了抬高汛限水位对水库防洪标准及枢纽建筑物的影响,论证了提高星星哨水库汛限水位的可行性。
To the current conflict between supply and demand of water resources, efficient use water of reservoirs is more important, Flood control water level of reservoir is directly related to power generation efficiency and safety of the flood control. The lower flood control level the greater reservoir flood storage capacity. But its power generation efficiency will lead to resources waste. This thesis discussed the influence of increasing the flood limit level on flood control standard of reservoir and project structures and proved the feasibility of increasing the Xingxingshao reservoir supply capacity.
