加快河南由文化资源大省向文化强省跨越的思考

Reflecting on the Cultural Powerful Province of Henan quickly going beyond the Cultural Resource Large Province

面对当前新的发展机遇,实现从文化大省向文化强省的跨越,是实现河南繁荣与富强的内在要求。通过对河南建设文化强省的优劣势和面临的机遇与挑战进行分析,提出了河南建设文化强省的对策与构想。

Confronting the present newly developing opportunity, it is the intrinsic requirement of achieving rich, strong and prosperous target of Henan by means of realizing the cultural powerful province to go beyond the cultural large province. This thesis proposes the countermeasures and conception for constructing the cultural powerful province of Henan through analyzing the advantage ＆ disadvantage and confronting the opportunity and challenge of Henan in constructing the cultural powerful province.
