摘要
针对外资并购中国农业上市公司的现状及发展趋势,分析了外资并购中国农业上市公司的负面效应,并对农业上市公司应对外资并购的反收购策略进行了探讨。
Based on the the current situations and development trend of acquisiton by foreign capital of agricultural listed company,this article analyzed its negative effects. Finally,this article discussed the agricultural listed companies＇ s strategies of Anti-takeover of to aequisiton by foreign capital.
