摘要
当前,我国高等教育已经进入大众化、国际化阶段,高等教育发展的内外部环境均发生了深刻变化,传统学生管理工作面临着严峻挑战,也给承担育人重任的辅导员工作提出了新的要求。高校只有提高认识,明确思路,顺应辅导员队伍建设转型与定位的需要,努力构建辅导员队伍良性发展的长效机制,才能从根本上解决队伍的建设问题。
