摘要
目的:对新研制的小儿氨酚烷胺栓剂进行基质的筛选,选出比较适宜的基质。方法:通过检查基质重量差异、融变时限、外观、硬度等指标,优选较好的基质。结果:小儿氨酚烷胺选取脂溶性基质时,外观及融变时限、重量差异、硬度均比水溶性基质好。结论:小儿氨酚烷胺的基质选择脂溶性基质较好。
Objective: To screen the matrix of the newly developed Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride for children in order to get a more appropriate matrix. Methods: Good matrix was screened by examining the weight difference, melting time, appearance, hardness, etc. Results: For children's Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride, fat-soluble matrix was better concerning the melting time, the weight difference and hardness. Conclusion: Fat-soluble matrix was better in screening Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride for children.
