The Combination of Endoscopy and Hypothermy Plasma in Treating Epistaxis

目的:探讨鼻内镜探查联合低温等离子体消融术治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果和优点。方法:对35例顽固性鼻出血患者,行鼻内镜探查,找到出血部位,采用低温等离子体消融凝固术后,观察其效果。结果:35例患者,全部查明出血部位,经一次处理后出血停止,治愈率100%,无并发症。结论:内镜探查联合低温等离子体消融是治疗顽固性鼻出血简单、安全、有效的方法,患者容易接受。

Objective： The combination of endoscopy and hypothermy piasma were explored . Delve into the results and advantages of treating the biehard epistaxis by using endoscopic and hypothermy plasmao Methods：Thirty-five cases were analyzed. First the bleeding was located and opereation was performed, and the results were analyzed. Results：Bleeding spot of 35 cases was located. Bleeding was cured after one treatment and the cure rate was up to 100%. No complications occurred. Conclusion：The combination of endoscopy and hypothermy plasma was a simple, safe and effective method to treat epistaxis, and was accepted easily by patients
