摘要 在“阳煤二矿选煤厂改扩建方案”比较与优化过程中,本着技术成熟、设备先进、合理布局、提高自动化水平的设计理念,对选煤方法的选择、具体工艺及设备等诸多方面进行了分析。最终推荐采用脱泥有压两产品重介旋流器(2~25mm粒级)+TBS洗选粗煤泥(0.25—2mm粒级)+煤泥压滤回收(-0.25mm粒级)流程,以期达到高产高效的目的。 In the comparison and the optimization process of " reconstruction plans of coal preparation plant of No. 2 coal mine in Yangquan coal group", based on the design idea of mature technology, advanced equipment, rational layout, enhancement of the automation level, analyses the choice of coal preparation methods, specific technology and equipment and many other aspects. Ultimately recommends that uses the flow of desliming pressure two products dense medium cyclone (2 - 25 mm size fraction) + TBS coarse coal slime of washing (0.25 - 2 mm grain size) + slime filter recovery ( -0.25 mm.size fraction), hopes to achieve the purpose of high yieht and high efficiency.
