分析了物资消耗定额管理在现代生产企业物资管理中的重要作用,阐述了合理的物资消耗定额制定的主要方法,以及建立完善的物资消耗定额管理制度及考核制度的重要性,探讨了合理的消耗定额制定的基本原则,提出了生产企业搞好物资定额管理的具体措施。
