摘要 本文主要介绍的内容是:对广西玉林地区某地含铜呈细粒状嵌布的金矿石提金工艺流程进行了试验研究,提出了小型生产的方案,并投入了生产,取得了较好的效果.主要工艺流程是焙烧,烧渣用稀硫酸浸出铜,提铜后的残渣再用氯水浸出金,含金的贵液用锑粉置换富集金,载金的锑粉经水洗烘干,最后熔融与灰吹熔炼得成品金. This paper described the technological study on extracting gold from copper-bearing ore disseminated with fine grained gold somewhere in Yulin Prefecture, Guangxi. An operation program of small scale was recommended and put into production with better result.The main process flow was calcine leaching of ore with dilute sulfuric acid for the separation of copper, then, leaching the slag with chlorine water followed by aantimony powder precipitation in pregnant solution. The gold loaded antimony powder was washed with water and dried, then, sending to melt into an alloy of antimony and gold. The alloy was then put on a grey utensil for smelting and finally cast into finished gold.
