摘要
培育和提升广大人民群众的公民意识,是实践以人为本执政理念的内在要求,也是建设社会主义现代化的题中应有之义。现阶段,培育和提升广大人民群众的公民意识,必须坚持以人为本,维护和保障社会成员平等的基本权利,重视制度层面的社会公正问题,加强对社会成员的公民意识教育。
The cultivation and enhancement of the citizen consciousness is the inherent requirement of the human-oriented political ideology as well as the original implication of socialist modernization. At present, in order to cultivate and enhance the people＇s citizen consciousness, we should insist on the human-oriented ideology, protect and secure the basic rights of equality of social members, emphasize the social justice from institutional levels, and strengthen the education of the citizen consciousness of social members.
