叠放位置对盘式蚊香稳定性的影响

摘要 目的研究不同叠放位置的蚊香在热贮过程中药效成分的变化趋势,为蚊香的研制提供参考。方法气相色谱法。结果包装中不同叠放位置的蚊香的含量减少率差异很大,右旋烯丙菊酯和四氟甲醚菊酯21 d的减少率最大达到16%和42%,而最小只有3%和13%。结论与一般的热贮稳定性测定方法比较,结果更准确可靠且更有参考意义。 Objective To study the stability of mosquito coils' efficient components in different layers, and offer reference to the development of mosquito coils. Methods Gas chromatography. Results There was significant difference among the mosquito coils in different layers with degradation rate between 3% and 16% for d-allethrin, and 13% to 42% for dimefluthrin. Conclusion The results are more accurate and should be special reference for the development of mosquito coils compared with the results from other common methods.
